Version 1.1 - Server Build 110 - 5/25/1997
  Fixed a problem when the date format the client system was using was different
  than the date format the server system was using.  Now stores dates in a
  format independent form, so this should not be a problem any longer.  Also
  prevents any year 2000 problems from occurring.
